Design & Installation of a 300 Cow Dairy Flush System

Details:

We designed this flush system for a 300 cow dairy barn. Our Installation included 4 Agpro Flush Valves and automated controls. A Jamesway pontoon pump was installed for filling a flush tower. A Jamesway electric pump was installed to empty a reception pit at the end of the sand lane into a first stage lagoon. A second Jamesway electric pump was installed for recirculating water through a flush flume line that an existing barn is scraped into.
